Wheel Works

Staff were thorough, informative and professional. They were kind and were able to answer all my questions (as I am anxious with discussing cars) . They were patient when I inquired about pricing. On pick up of my car they were open and already had automatically applied all wheel works discounts without me needing to ask (although I did and they humoured me) . My car drives so much better. I had been looking for a mechanic...now I have found one and have already referred them to others. Thank you!

Had a great experience at Wheel Works! Brought my car in and they got it fixed promptly, super efficient and no hassle at all. The service was excellent from start to finish, and everyone I spoke with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Really appreciate how smoothly everything went. Definitely coming back here if I ever need anything else done!

I like this place; they valued your time, and they communicated promptly. If they are behind schedule, they will call you to inform you right away. I been. Bringing my car and my wife’s car here. The mechanic, I forgot to get his name, but most of the workers are very polite. The quality of work is commendable. I gave tips based on the quality of performance and customer service. And when I handed him my tip, he was happy and surprised. It was the last car to get picked up. They stayed an extra hour just to finish the repair on a promised day and time. Good job, team.

This is unfortunate. I've been going to the San Francisco Wheel Works for YEARS, only because of the convenience. Customer service was always "acceptable", appointment times were fairly accurate, many times I'd pick up my vehicle very early, sometimes late, but generally satisfied with the scheduling. The mechanics/technicians at the SF store have always done great work, even work thats not listed under "Available Services" (but I know the mechanics are qualified to perform). Not sure about this location in Daly City, but the folks at the SF location never answer their phone (except to immediately place you on permanent hold). Recently I've noticed that whe…

STAY AWAY Came for a TNC inspection. (Uber / Lyft) Rep right the way started to check tires. Once he noticed brand new tires on the rear he stated that front tires were no good and it wouldn't pass the inspection. WRONG. I previously checked with another professional, and I also did myself with the penny method (see pictures). Went to Jiffy Lube an hour later to have the inspection and confirm the INCOMPETENCE of Wheel Works Daly City. PASSED. IF YOU DRIVE TNC (Uber / Lyft) BE AWARE. These clowns are trained to push you tires EVEN WHEN YOU DON'T NEED THEM ! WORST.
