NAPA Auto Parts - Daly City

Lol .....no expertise here !!!! Why's this place so rude???!!! My husband just tried asking about carburetor accelerator diaphragm for a Holly carburetor. The Asian guy said, " I don't deal with carburetors!!!" Seemed angry lol. I thought Napa tries to fame itself on specialty parts. So he went to O'Reilly on mission street and they HAD THAT PART HANGING ON THE WALL!!!!LOL 🤣🤣🤣

I have bad experience Napa Auto store in Daly City Mission street my parts never come never received SCAM DON’T TRUST THEM BE CAREFUL THIS STORE

Called over the phone to see if NAPA had a part in stock or at another location, since they are on my way out of town. Both AutoZone and O’Reilly were happy to point me to a store that had it in stock or offered to special order. NAPA on the other hand didn’t even bother checking and expected me to believe they could not order it. What a joke, I’d shop elsewhere for quality service with employees who are interested in helping, this location is not trust worthy.

Awesome local part store with friendly staff. If you need any parts ask for Izzy. They have access to local wholesale part dealers for drop shipping or pickup same day. They have German fluids and additives. LiquiMoly engine oil/ engine flush/engine oil addictive, Febi Bilstein Power steering fluid, Pentosin ATF fluid, Mobile 1 European formula best price! They have full line of OEM ZEREX antifreeze for BMW/Mercedes 50/50 premixed ready to use cheaper than any other local store or online store.

Came in 30 minutes before close looking for a 10mm socket wrench to install a new battery. The employee said they were out, and he instead went to his car and lent me his socket while I replaced the battery outside the store. Such generosity is rare these days and I greatly appreciated the act of kindness.
