Called over the phone to see if NAPA had a part in stock or at another location, since they are on my way out of town. Both AutoZone and O’Reilly were happy to point me to a store that had it in stock or offered to special order. NAPA on the other hand didn’t even bother checking and expected me to believe they could not order it. What a joke, I’d shop elsewhere for quality service with employees…

Came in 30 minutes before close looking for a 10mm socket wrench to install a new battery. The employee said they were out, and he instead went to his car and lent me his socket while I replaced the battery outside the store. Such generosity is rare these days and I greatly appreciated the act of kindness.
